The practical support services provide assistance for people affected by cancer. Families facing long and demanding treatment often have the added stress of managing the everyday pressure of practical matters. The practical support services will help alleviate some of the financial pressures, meet some practical needs and ease the stress of everyday life, so the client and family can focus on treatment.
Cancer treatment can put an enormous strain on the client’s resources. Cancer Council WA offers assistance to people affected by cancer who meet eligibility criteria.
