Bridging the cancer gap for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians

Cancer is the second leading cause of death for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, with significantly lower survival rates than other Australians. This worrying situation highlights the gap in services, information and support available for Aboriginal people within our cancer care system.

We won’t rest until we’ve dramatically reduced the significant impact cancer has on every member of the West Australian community.

Our Information and Support Service will connect you with compassionate, professional cancer nurses, who are here to help with any questions you've got about cancer and cancer treatment.
